Region 13

Paul has been a member of HRC since 1996.  Paul has served Great Plains
HRC in many roles over that time and has trained and handled four Labrador
Retrievers who have participated in Region 13 hunt tests.  Paul provides
support to the clubs in Nebraska and northern Wyoming
