The 2009/2010 HRC Judges Test can be taken by completing the  form below and hitting the submit button.  It is strongly suggested that you first print out a copy of the test and use the  rulebook to carefully choose your answers.  You can then come back to this form and complete it.

Please read the following Notes and Instructions carefully before beginning the 2009/2010 Judges test.  

Note:  All HRC Judges are required to take a Rulebook Test every two years in order to maintain their Judges License status.  The purpose of the Judges test is to require those involved in the Judging of HRC Tests to periodically read the entire rulebook and become familiar with new Running Rules changes.

 Instructions:  This is an open-book test based on the 2009/2010 HRC Rulebook.  You may consult with your Field Representative or another Judge if you are unsure of any question.  However, the completion of the test is to be by you and is based on your honor.  

RESULTS WILL BE PROCESSED & YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED BY E-MAIL WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS.

      You must answer a minimum of 19 questions correctly to obtain a passing ‘C’ grade.  If you fail the test, it will be noted in your Judge Record and you will be allowed to retake the test.  If you fail a second time, you will be required to wait 30 days and your License will be placed on ‘hold’ status until the test is completed with a passing grade.
