How do I become a judge?

The HRC rulebook lists the requirements for becoming a judge at each of the testing levels.  Among a few of the requirements are an individual must have passed a province or state certified hunter safety course, be recommended by their local club, and must have owned, trained, handled and passed a dog at the level they are seeking to judge.  And, the individual must be an upland game or waterfowl hunter.  An individual must be 21 to judge, and must attend a judging seminar every three years.
